Outside the area?
Going beyond within 15 miles is often still possible. It just costs more, and I'd rather quote it honestly than turn you away by default. Call with the address and you'll get the real number.
One hard limit worth knowing: a notary's commission is granted by a single state. A California notary can only notarize within California, no matter where the signer lives or where the document gets filed. If your signing is across a state line, I'll help you find someone commissioned there.
