I'm Justin Smiley, a commissioned California notary public. Banks close at five and most notaries keep the same hours — so I built this around the opposite. I'll meet you at your kitchen table, your office, or a hospital room, after work or on a Saturday.

Why people call
Nobody looks for a notary on a good day
It is almost always a deadline, a closing, or someone in the family who needs paperwork sorted out. Here is where I usually come in.
A parent is in the hospital
A power of attorney or advance directive that cannot wait for Monday. I am used to working quietly around nurses, visiting hours, and a room that already has enough going on.
You cannot take time off
Burning a half-day of leave to get one page stamped is absurd. Saturday morning at your kitchen table costs you nothing but the fee.
